FAQ: What is a Transform?

Transforms in Trifacta are the commands used to manipulate data. When you write a wrangle script in Trifacta, the first element in each line of the script is the Transform. 

For example, the following line of Wrangle script executes the "derive" transform:
derive value: mean(price)
