Trifacta retains Personal Information during the term of your use of the Trifacta Services and/or the Trifacta Website, and for one year thereafter, provided that Trifacta may retain your Personal Information for a longer period to the extent required by law, or as reasonably necessary to protect Trifacta’s interests.
In the event of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your Personal Information, Trifacta will notify you as soon as it is reasonably practicable, and we will provide you with any information and cooperation as may be reasonably required to enable you to mitigate the consequences of the unauthorized access.
