To Our Community,

At Trifacta, the safety and well-being of our customers, partners and employees is our top concern. Unfortunately, we are experiencing an unprecedented challenge to that mission with COVID-19 and we know that you and your business are also grappling with that challenge. 

We will get through this together, but I wanted to let you know the measures that Trifacta has put into place which we believe will help limit the spread of COVID-19 while still providing our customers the best support possible.

  1. We have requested that all employees that are able to do so to work from home.
  2. We have directed employees to cancel all non-essential travel and instead book meetings via remote conferencing tools as requested by customers.
  3. We have tasked our HR team with staying apprised of the updates and recommendations from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and other state and federal agencies with regard to policies and practices that may be required to further stem the spread or impact of COVID-19.
  4. We have ensured that our support team is able to remotely receive support requests through our support portal, and we have established their ability to use remote communications tools like, video conference, email, text and phone to respond to any customer concerns regarding the Trifacta software.

We know that the disruption we are all facing in our daily routines is challenging but we sincerely believe that our efforts will allow us to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19 while still delivering the best customer experience possible. As a result, we are available to help troubleshoot issues, upgrade your environment, enable your end users and assist with other tasks that are critical to the success of our customers. A member of our customer success team will reach out to each customer to understand how best we can support them during this time. Our engineering and other internal teams already work in a distributed manner so we expect only minor disruption from these changes in the near term for those critical functions. 

In addition, members of our talented team have volunteered their data skills to provide assistance to those working with data related to COVID-19. We want to accelerate the assembly of datasets to find patterns and answer questions being raised in light of the current pandemic. Massive amounts of scientific research, clinical trials, medical record data, public health information, demographic data, etc. needs to be structured, standardized and blended together to reach deeper insights into the virus and to focus our response.
