Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager you will be a key driver in developing a scalable CRM and sales processes that support our global sales and customer success teams. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution in enabling our go-to-market systems and other applications for the next stage of the company’s growth.  You will own and be the go to person for You will partner cross-functionally with sales leadership and business stakeholders to understand goals and requirements then execute to deliver scalable solutions. You will be a key resource in building the infrastructure and processes to take the business to the next level. 

The right candidate is someone highly motivated and enthusiastic who is process driven and detail oriented including Salesforce Administrator experience.

  • Administrate the internal (SFDC) instance for sales and across Trifacta
  • Design, configure and test any administration of SFDC including but not limited to: new packages, custom objects, workflow rules, custom fields, and validation rules
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
  • Provide routine support and user maintenance for SFDC along with working with support on end user issues
  • Manage and administrate sales systems including but not limited to: SalesLoft, Yesware, Datafox, Ringlead, DiscoverOrg, Connect and Sell, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Drive best practices in adhering to data quality within our systems
  • Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements, process efficiency gains, and sales productivity increases
  • Facilitate the deal desk from pricing, quoting and deal booking
  • Assist in additional reporting and analytic projects
  • Drive and execute on territory planning along with the VP, Sales Operations and sales management
  • Assist in the execution of sales forecasting along with projects to drive forecasting predictability within 10%

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 4+ years work experience in a Salesforce Admin role responsible for technical implementations, day-to-day operations, and long-term maintenance
  • 4+ years work experience in a Sales Operations role managing different responsibilities beyond system administration
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
  • Admin Certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite of products
  • BS/BA degree
